Automatic timetable generation in a thermal resort

The paper describes a working system for an automatic timetable generation. The system is in everyday use in the Slovenian thermal resort Moravske toplice. The system is built with the techniques from a rather new area in computer science and artificial intelligence called Constrained Logic Programming (CLP) which allows an elegant way of specifying the problem and offers efficient methods for solving very hard problems.
